The Bradley 5912-1100 seat cover comes with a toilet tissue dispenser and sanitary napkin disposal facilities in one setup. It is partition mounted and is made of stainless steel of 18 gauge thickness with an element of satin finish on exposed surface which gives it a shiny look. The dispenser can hold up to four standard size toilet paper rolls and seat cover capacity is of 1000 standard single fold. It does not occupy much space as its dimensions are optimal.
